LIFE IS MUCH TO PRECIOUS TO TAKE IT FOR GRANTEDA couple of years ago, when I was 17 years old, my parents, brother and I went to our estate, going there was one of our favorite things to do during the weekends. I was enjoying the last day of the weekend before school started in company of my parents, and one of my brothers. Everything was going so well that Sunday morning, when an awful event suddenly happened. Little did I know, that destiny had a big change in store for me. For my family, and me it was always fun to go to Fusa, the closest town to our estate. A lot of people from the city go there, looking for some quiet time and warm weather. That Sunday morning, after breakfast we decide to go there and spend the rest of the morning in this little town, where that day a fair took place at the central park. After lunch, we started our way back. The sun was shining, the temperature was warm, it was a beautiful day, but later, it turned in to a nightmare. That day, surprisingly, my dad let me seat in the front, my brother was driving, and my parents were on the rear seat of our car. The traffic was smooth; there were not many cars on the road. I am always in complete control of myself, but this time I wasn't. Everyone kept telling me to stay calm and awake. Fortunately, there was no major injury to my family; my mom broke her leg, my dad hurt his arm and my brother got a few scratches from the glass. I didn't have the same luck. I had wounds all over my face. The right side of my face was disfigured. I got 200 stitches in the first reconstructive surgery. Since then I've had five more surgeries. I still have big scars on my face and my right eye doesn't look so well. The healing it is been very hard. I know my face will never look the same, but I have learned how to live with it. The collision happened so sudden. The whole thing occurred in about five or six seconds, But the memories last forever. I remember the wreck. I remember the ride to the hospital perfectly; it was full of bumps and turns. I remember my dad holdin
