Having seen the movie Mr. Baseball, I find that the movie aims at delivering the difference between two distinctive cultures; especially how culture influences us unconsciously in our daily lives. In the movie, the baseball player Jack Elliot is a representative of American culture. We can notice that Jack Elliot's social intercourse includes the features inherited from this kind of culture: self-centeredness and fulfilling
