"Messier passes to Gretzky, Gretzky is flying up the right wing he shoots! HE SCOOOORES!!" the annoucer on the tv yells as everyone in the room jumps to their feet cheering wildly. Life being part of the sports fan culture begins. No sitting idle, passivly watching the game on TV. Every minute is nerve wracking and every second nail biting. I can't bear to watch but can't risk missing a second of the action. It's not just watching sports I love but playing them as well, whether it's a pick up game of football with friends or an organized Little League baseball game. It's not always fun and games to love sports this much becaus
