It’s been nearly two weeks since you’ve been in Portugal, and what do you know, for two weeks you’ve been drunk You travel to your homeland every year to supposedly visit your family. But, you never seem to remember who you spent your time with or what you did. Grandpa, I’m sure you know this but you are getting old. You are getting too old to be drinking so much or at all. During the year you seem to be able to keep away from the wine and beer but what is it about Portugal that makes you drink? No one at any age should drink as much as you do. I know you don’t want to hear this from me, considering I am your grandson and you may think that I am being disrespectful, but please read through this letter. It is for your own good. Read through this letter a couple of times. Please just try and be open minded. First thing is first. Your marriage was ruined because of your drinking.
