The events of September eleventh affected everyone in our nation directly and indirectly. When the two planes crashed into the twin towers, along with the plane that crashed into the Pentagon and the one in Pennsylvania, our country was scarred and forever changed. The immediate effects were detrimental as many lives were lost, along with many jobs and sources of income, yet the situation still brought the American people closer as a nation.
