Ever since the beginning of evolution man kind has possessed the want to be the best, but unfortunately some people don't have that want or just can't admit that they aren't good at everything they do. One could be extremely good at one thing and at the same time bad at an other it's just human nature. Throughout my years of existence I have made the observation that a person can tell if the other person is going to be good in something just by the way the person acts walks and reacts to things in there surrounding environment.

Most people by the ages of about 13 to 14 have already begun to show the early stage of what I call the "Problem". This so called problem is a disease, it effects about 4 out of 10 people in Canada and unfortunately its number of victims is growing by the year. The disease that I'm warning you about is the bad annual driving disorder better known as B.A.D.D syndrome. B.A.D.D can strike anyone and recent scientific studies support that claim, showing that genetics do not play a part in enhancing one chances of being diagnosed whit this life treating disease. We live in a world of total denial no one ever seems to admit that there are not fit to do something even if it puts others in danger. The plan I have drawn out obviously is not a realistic solution, at least not at the present moment. I can tell you right now, that if my plan were to be in effect my sister would never have her licenses, and most of the bus drivers and taxi drivers either. My plan would create chaos in are nation, but it would maybe make are streets safer. Is it really the solution? Maybe not but who knows, until we have tried it we can't really say. Yet hope is not gone, if one thinks or feels that he or she is unable to drive it's probably wise for them to take a taxi or call a friend, because denying your capability can only cause harm to yourself, to loved ones or others. The only person that can help keep are streets safe is not the police or the U.C.P. it's you the regular Joe. The real plan is not my way or the high way it's more like should I or shouldn't I leave the driveway.
