Roles in the Social Institutions

There are many aspects in life that affects my dimensions of self-concept and the roles I play in social institutions. My parents' position in the community, the choice of our beliefs, family stability, and earlier education are some of the experiences that I have encounter that helped me to be the person that I am as of now. I may view a different perspective in life than the person beside me because of my upbringing. The ambiance my parents gave me may not be the same atmosphere the other children were exposed to when they were growing up. These principles in life my parents showered me built my persona.

I consider the position of my family in the community as a middle class family. We can buy whatever we need and wants, but we are not necessarily rich either. Being around the social class with my parents and the friends they have takes a lot of work. Growing up my brother and I always have to be in our best behavior and always proper. My family's stability helped me to be more confident of myself. I know that no matter what happen my family will always be there for me through thick and thin. I will always have a family to come home and count on whenever I am in a predicament. I know whom to call when I am stuck somewhere and needed help. I know in my heart my family will always be there to love, care, and tolerate me even if I am in the wrong. My mom and dad will always be there to pick me up whenever I fail. I am confident that I will always have a family to guide me through these trying years. My family is there to help me achieve my goals because without them I would not have the direction in life that I have now. I would not know any morals if not for my family's upbringing. My mom and dad are both have the time in the world that I need to help me out. My parents could be busy with their current business deal, but I know they will leave it if I needed them right then and there. My parents thought me no matter how much money one person has if he or she does not have family stability he or she will be nothing because all he has is money and no love.

The experiences of my childhood helped me be the individual that I am today. The way I encounter with others and how I react to the situation has everything to do with how I was brought up. I needed the structural position of my parents, family stability, and the early education to give direction in my life.

Growing up I went to a private Catholic Italian school that
