"You hear that? That's a telephone, You answer it." That's the annoying sound of my boss at Office Max, Brian, explaining to me what a phone is and how it works. Obviously, I know how a telephone works and what to do when it rings, but the ironic part is that my boss, Brian, also knows that I know what to do when it rings. It's my first day on the job and I'm not very comfortable answering the phones yet. My boss still prevails to make the worst of my situation, and educates me on something I already know how to do. One time, I was two hours late to work. I came in right when I found I was scheduled and talked to Brian. He just smiled at me and told me to not let it happen again. That is probably the nicest he has been to me since I was hired. To the present, there hasn't been a day I have felt the same way about that guy as on that day. Another way I can go about solving my problem is to take it day by day and let the solution come to me. Whenever a
