This in my mind was not such a good idea because then they didn't know about it so they wanted Paris to marry Juliet. If they had known about Romeo and Juliet then I'm sure that they wouldn't have forced the two to get married. Even if they didn't approve. That way at least they would have known about it. If this story has taught us anything, it would be that you must not act in haste, particularly when your emotions determine your actions. Thinking things through and seeking help is the ultimate choice when making any decision as well as talking it through with different people. Then you can see all of the sides to the story. If they had done this then they would have lived happily ever after. If you act without thinking and don't communicate, and make a decision in haste like Romeo and Juliet did, then you might see that it might not be the best choice to make. It could lead to unpredictable and undesired consequences like what happened in their tragic story.
