Mary Wollenstonecraft

Mary Wollstonecraft, has written many proses in her life, but the one that really catches my attention and sticks out is the one written for the praise of Catherine Macauly. In this paper, I am going to analyze her prose, but instead translating the prose all together, I am going to analyze it paragraph by paragraph. People can read the prose and get a general understanding of what she is saying. What I intend to do is break down each line and show some of the bitterness Mary had toward society.

When Mary thinks of respect, she automatically thinks of Mrs. Macaulay. This shows how Mary is just awestruck. With writers of her day, the person she admires the most is just a "underrated" writer.

Some common words found in the essay are:
Mary Catherine, Catherine Macauly, Macaulay Mary, Mary Wollstonecraft, compares catherine's, women capable,
