Even now, in the 21st century, where life evolves around degrees and technology, society is still faced with elevated numbers of teens that withdraw from school before completing their high school education. Where does this gradual deterioration of these teens educational experience begin, Dropping out is a complex problem for which there is no simple solution. To understand the issue, one must travel deeper into the question at hand to furthermore identify the root of the reason. There are risk factors which may contribute in leading a student to abandon his/her education. Current employment standards do not tolerate the lack of education, which makes the future of most of these individuals unsuccessful.
