As a child many values are instilled into our lives. Don't drink and drive, never talk to strangers, don't kill, and many others. A young girl walks down the street at the age of thirteen pregnant and dead on her feet. This scene is very common in today's society. Waiting until marriage before engaging in the act of sex can prevent this picture from coming up again in the future. Living day to day in world that is revolved around sex it is only common that songs, movies, and even television emphases this point. Everywhere we look we hear horror stories of teenagers succumbing to the pressure from their fellow teens and engaging in activities that could destroy them. Waiting until marriage can help to elevate some of theses unwanted


To conclude lets take a look at the bigger picture-- if people could learn to control their libidos then there would be no talk of abortion, pregnancy, or sexually transmitted diseases. Everyday millions of teens are putting their life on the line to experience a few moments of pleasure of something that could ruin them for the rest of there life. By waiting until marriage to engage in sexual activity, a person can skip all the hassles and focus on developing a true love that will last a lifetime.
