Drug Use In Sports
Frequent drug testing for athletes, followed by a severe punishment for using, would dramatically decrease the number of potential new users. Drugs should be banned from all sports because often athletes will use drugs that increase body mass or strength because they believe that their competitors are also using the drugs for that purpose, and they’re probably right. There are some athletes that do not want to risk destroying their bodies just to get an edge, but if their competitors are using them, then they can’t possibly measure up.
