The network support technician maintains and supports the company's Data/Voice network, which connects approximately 90 employees. The employee's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, network devices within an enterprise Local Area Network (LAN), Intranet, and Internet. The employee will work with customers and the IT department to document and coordinate the installation of network and telecommunications hardware/software through change management.
