Thomas Jefferson’s Declaration of Independence encompasses a vision that not only limits the freedom and progress of this nation’s people of color; it also, promotes the idea of White Nationalism. This draft of the Declaration can be single-handedly responsible for what we now know as the American Dream. This country’s forefathers left their home country in search of independence.
