· Allow yourself to hear from god. Hear what the lord has to say about how to lead, how to become a effective leader and always leave your mind open to sugge

· Be disciplined in your fasting and prayer. Make it mandatory thing to pray and fast. It is required extremely for godly men to lead effectively.

· With all the different cares of the world, spiritual warfare etc, we need to be totally open as leaders and men and not hiding anything and refusing to defend ourselves. Be bold and not scary. God will direct every path that we tread only if we allow him to.

· Do not be a proud boastful man but a man that is open to gods will

· We as men must be mature and demonstrate sustained ethical character. Our conduct, interactions with our family, friends, co-workers, church folks, etc.

· Show authority in the fight against of gods people
