Nobuo Uematsu
I'm probably not exaggerating if I say that Nobuo Uematsu is the most famous gamemusician in the world. Since 1985 has he been composing music for the now world-famous games called "Final Fantasy", and is definitely one of the main reasons to the success. And even though he has a tight schedule and extremely high demands from the players, has he always written music of fantastic quality and many, many masterpieces.Nobuo was born in the end of the fifties, or more precise on March 21 1959, in Kouchi City in Japan. Like most parents do, Nobuos wanted him to become either a doctor or a lawyer. Nobuo himself had thought of a carrier as a pro-wrestler or an olympic athlete. Fortunally, something made him change his mind. During the seventies, artists such as Elton John and Mike Oldfield inspired him. He also claims to be a fan of ABBA. He began playing the piano at the age of 12, because at the time he wanted to be Elton John. He began studying at the Kanagawa-university, but was more interested in other things than his studies (he actually didn't study music). In some way, he finally managed to finish the studies and work with the things he liked to do. Until the age of 22, he joined many amateur bands as a keyboard player.
