A detailed Summary of Federalist


I am a wealthy business man with a strong economic success. I reside in the deep depths of the city in Delaware and proud to admit that I am a well educated man. Life has been yet no burden upon my back, for wealth is a strong attribute yet hard to acquire. The Confederation is falling and the Constitution is beginning the process of ratification. I myself accept the Constitution; therefore I call myself a Federalist. I have reasons to ratify the constitution much unlike those useless anti-federalists who would like to see us fall.

I believe that ratification of the Constitution would be a strong benefit toward our country plus many of the states that contain citizens that inhabit in this country. The Articles of confederation is too weak of a government due to the fact that it allows too much p


ower to the common people and so little power to the government. The Articles of confederation allows the government to not tax the people. This is what causes us to become much in debt, there is no contribution from the people. With this debt how are we to pay for the armies to protect our land, we are easily vulnerable. Not only are we not able to pay for our soldiers, but we cannot also pay debts due to different foreign nations. The Articles of confederation thus weakens our financial system causing great despair in economic controversies. Without a strong national government I fear anarchy will spread over our states. What much will our country do with a lack of orderly government? Too many decisions and ideas will be made, and many of the states would want their say.With a strong national g
