A detailed Summary of Sister

What can I say about my sister Danielle? She is just one of those people who lights up the room when she walks in. She is the sun in most of my cloudy days. Danielle, who is now approaching elementary school, can't wait to do everything "big kids" do! As big as she gets I still, like a parent who doesn't want to face their child growing up, see her as my baby. Although, I have begun to see her in a new light; she has become my friend. Nevertheless, my friend the "big girl" continues to be a major responsibility. Despite the fact that it is still work and I sometimes complain, I believe that in the end, it gives me joy. Most importantly she is just a wonderful sister. Thus Danielle is a source of happiness, a wonderful responsibility, and a fantastic friend/sister.

Danielle is almost six, about eleven years younger than I, and a very heart-warming little girl. She has long blonde hair, which she refuses to cut. When I ask her if it's because she is going to grow it to her feet, she says "NO, I am going to grow it around the whole world!". I always think of her when I am feeling glum. Especially her smart comments that almost never fail to be funny. Almost everything is like that, even signing a patriotic anthem. "Stand besi

Danielle has been, and probably will be an immense responsibility for a while. She is my parent's third child and also an "oops baby." Yes, they were not really looking to have another after me and my other sister, Christin, who is about two years younger. Moreover, it didn't help that she was unexpected, would have a huge age sibling gap, and she would be born after they had entered their middle-aged years. So guess who got to enjoy a large portion of the responsibility, my sister Christin and me of course. I still remember changing dirty diapers, and that may not be something that anyone likes to do but I know it is something everyone should do. More so with people like me, because I want to have plenty of children someday and need to know what raising a child involves. And when it comes to the responsibilities of raising a child Danielle is a prime example. Someone needs to make sure she brushes her teeth and dress her, because the world isn't ready for her personal fashion sense. Oh yeah, and remember the long blonde hair she has? Well if that isn't brushed regularly than getting through it with a come is like swimming in wet concrete. She has out grown diapers for the most part, but if no one puts one on her before she goes to bed than an accident is surefire. For every one of these responsibilities I could name five more. While each and every one of those is not necessarily fun, I do enjoy most of them and I am better off having done them.
