During the course of our lives, we all will have some sort of relationship. Some will be with friends, co-workers, and classmates and of course, family. Which ever it may be, we all will endure some type of formal bond. In this essay, I will discuss family bonds and how they help people to grow. Every since the beginning of time, families have been around. Families are the backbones to a lot of people. To myself, my family is the world. It all began with my grandparents. My grandparents have been there for every event in my life. My fondest memory of the relationship with my grandparents is when they taught me how to ride my very first bike. It was a fall afternoon in the mid- eighties. I was ready, wearing a helmet, kneepads, and even chin guards. My bike was bright pink with pink and white streamers. As they began to teach me how to ride my bike, I got frightened. This was something very new to me. We began to practice and practice and finally I started getting the hang of it. This episode in my life was very memorable because someone important to me took time to show me how to do something that would be with me forever.
