The Columbia City Ballet will be a place to take families on a fun-filled night, which will enlighten children and adults to poetry in motion. The CCB plans on extending the education outreach program to more schools and districts in order to spread the beauty of the ballet to a younger crowd. The CCB wants a place where guests are begging for front row tickets. In the future the CCB visions its productions to be a place where the audience comes for an exciting evening filled with captivating sights and sounds.

1. For the ballet to gain audience members advertising must be more effective. The advertising should be aimed at the target audience. If communications reach the target market effectively, ticket sales will increase and lead to the execution of our strategic intent. For improvements to take place the advertising budget must be analyzed and adjustments made accordingly. Some forms of expensive advertising could be replaced with cheaper more effective ones.
3. Ticket sales and prices are another area of concern. Ticket prices are too high for the normal student so looking into student discounts would be beneficiary for the company. With student discounts, it gives the company an opportunity to get customers early and maybe keep them coming back. Other types of ticket promotions should also be considered.
