"EIGHT YEARS" and the Eight Presidential Roles

As Chief Executive, the president has to make all of the decision that he feels may be beneficial to the citizens and the nation a whole by executing laws approved by the Congress. Bill Clinton was able to manage necessary amounts of tax cuts approved by the Congress due to the surplus. He also was able to save social security with the surplus gained during his presidency by convincing the Congress. Clinton obtained a beneficial characteristic of persuading people. As Chief of State, the president becomes the "chief" in leading the nation in the right direction. I believe that Clinton carried out the role of Chief of Party quite well. Clinton was to lead his party through campaigning and beneficial financing. The Chief Legislator has to pass certain laws that he strongly agrees to or disagrees to, but solely beneficial t the nation. Bill Clinton responded to the press in regard to his relationship with Miss Lewinsky; the problem with this response was that he actually did have sexual relations with her and obviously lied under oath. This definitely shows degradation to the citizen s of the United Sates. Lying under oath is a crucial climax under anyone's presidency, which can inevitably lead to one's impeachment.
