Communication Through Movies
Communication and the way we (society) communicate has changed throughout our history. Newspapers, magizines, T.V., radio, and most recently the internet all are very popular means of communication. Film is also used to convey messages and teach lessons to a generation that would rather watch a movie than read a book. Violence is one theme many artists/writers/directors use to get their point across, and/or teach us a history lesson so that this generation can learn from past mistakes. A great example of this is the film Saving Private Ryan .This movie gives a very accurate dipiciton of WWII and the violence it brougt to so many.
