A detailed Summary of Alexander Hall


This is a collection of 4 pieces in succession. The first thing that caught my mind about this group of works was the way it was presented. Each piece is presents approximately 2 feet apart from each other. This presentation u could tell was a very crafted and thoughtful process. I believe the two foot white gap serves as a way for the viewer to reset their eye to a flat white color before venturing onto the next painting. This made each of the four paintings in the succession look like a completely different and band new work of art every time u scan across them.

Color was exploited very much so in these pieces.
