Lord of the Flies

A detailed Summary of Lord of the Flies

There are many laws in our society that are needed. Out of all the laws that we have, a great deal of them are needed to reduce the destructive nature of humans. Golding demonstrates the destructive nature of humans in The Lord of the Flies, through the boys, and he does so very well. He demonstrates to us by regarding the environment-by demonstrating the problems with fires, emissions of harmful toxins, and the rapid depletion of our Earth's resources. Natural resources of the earth are being used at a rate that is too fast.
