African American community has the longest racial experience compared with any other racial groups in United States. Therefore as a student it is necessary for us to learn more about African culture and history which will help us to realized how African American community faced prejudice and discrimination against dominant group whites.

University is the place where many different countries student's come for education and learn about various cultures by mixing with the university community. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a cultural center, in where the students who are from other cultural backgroun
