I stepped out of my warm car and into the cold air. “It is going to be another long day at work”, I mumbled to myself as I pulled my jacket closer to my body. The brown dry leaves whispered beneath my shoes as I walked towards the front doors. I glanced casually up at the sign above the glass “Midwest Gymnastics and Cheerleading” it read. Reaching out with a bare hand I grabbed the metal handle and pulled it open. A gush of hot air instantly sent chills down my spine. The lobby before me was filled with hyper active kids screaming and yelling at each other. Mothers were yapping at one another about what they bought at the mall and trying to control their youngsters. I felt a headache coming on as I saw a little boy pulling diligently on his sister’s hair. I headed into the staff room and closed the door tightly. I quickly got my papers together and started to look through them. “Ouch” I whined as blood surfaced my finger from a paper cut, “that hurt”. I put the injured finger in my mouth and the taste of warm salty blood filled my taste buds. “Great, it is already time for class to start” I said as I gathered up my things and opened the door. Just then a yellow power ranger figurine was chucked in my direction
