Comparing the Three Major World religions

In all religions there are similarities and differences. Within Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, Jesus is a relevant figure- although not looked upon in the same way. Also Women play different roles in the three societies. In some cases they are respected and in others they are not. The books that the religions use are also different in many ways, but in some they hold the same values. All are factors in the relevance of one religion to another.

In Judaism Jesus is not the Christ child, but rather a prophet who was sent to spread the word of a coming messiah. Jews feel strongly that Jesus was not a part of God or in other words his son.
