Bonnie and Clyde vs. Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice
In Bonnie and Clyde and Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice, the couples involved in these stories all performed acts that went against society's conventionalities and ethics. The main characters of both movies were unfulfilled with the state in which they lived, and thus they became rebellious. Each individual had great affection for his or her partner; nevertheless, the love that each couple possessed was not enough to modify the shape of their situation. Hence, the characters took it upon themselves to make their lives more enthralling and merry by braking loose from the shackles of society. In Bonnie and Clyde, Clyde had dreams of a life of crime, and freedom from the hardships of the depression. This motion picture appeared to be giving support to the couple's rebellious ways because throughout the entire film, their violent acts were camouflaged and transformed into justified acts, portraying the duo as okay.

All four characters from Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice have achieved a form of happiness because they permitted themselves to go where society would not accept, and so, they were able to explore for themselves what lay hidden on the other side of their relationships. Consequently, they discovered that grass is not greener on the other side; furthermore, they were able to release themselves from long soci
