Britney Spears
A detailed Summary of Britney Spears
Britney's Image Change and Its Effect on Her Carrier.
Unless you've been stuck in a cave for the past 5 years you probably know who Britney Spears is. Throughout the years that she has been in the spotlight she has gradually changed her image from a sweet southern girl into an erotic pop queen. Some people love the change others despise it, but most everyone has a valid reason for either loving or hating the change. This is not a paper dedicated to bashing Britney Spears for looking sensual. I am simply going to explain the benefits that came from her image change and the negative effects that extracted from the change.
Turning from sweet to sexy was probably a smart business move for Britney to make because her musical abilities are far from outstanding. I have watched her concerts many times on television and she sounds un-tuned on the songs that she actually sings. Most of her dance songs sound very good live, but that is only due to the fact that her voice is pre-recorded. I know this because there is no way that anyone could sing so perfect and also do all those crazy dance moves she does at the same time. Now that she is so sexy, people watch her concerts just to get a view of what she is wearing, or rather wh

The biggest benefit that she gained by showing her sensuality in my opinion is that if she ever has to quite her musical carrier she could always pose nude for Playboy magazine. I know it might seem degrading to some women, but she nearly shows everything off anyways. She might as well give us males the grade finale instead of teasing us with sparklers. She would also receive more money for nude posing than most people make in a lifetime. I saw one women on the Howard Stern show that I didn't even know and she had been offered more than a million dollars to pose nude for Playboy. I can't even imagine how much they would offer a big time celebrity like Britney Spears.
thought puberty yet are using Britney as a standard for women to look like. I have seen Britney interviewed about this subject matter and she replied, "If people don't like my music or the way I look, then they shouldn't buy it." Which is true, but Britney kind of confused the kids by starting her image as a little sweet southern girl and then gradually building her image up to sex symbol. I think the kids started out with a good influence but then just followed her along the way because she was still popular.
at she isn't wearing. She also doesn't write her own songs, which is a sure sign that someone doesn't really have enough musical talent. I saw her Diary show on MTV and it showed how she worked in the studio. I expected
to see her and the producer exchanging ideas and thinking about the musical arrangements on the album. Instead it looked as if she was a puppet in the studio. The producer was telling her how to sing on a song that somebody else wrote and she just stood in the recording booth agreeing with everything he said. Once again this musical flaw is greatly overlooke
