Cruising down the freeway with the top down, suddenly you look at the review mirror only to see blue and red lights flashing behind you- that hidden police officer clocked you doing 75 in a 65. The consequences should, however, increase after multiple offenses, and not be so excessive for somebody that made one error in judgment while behind the wheel.
