“ A man’s country is not a certain area of land, mountains, rivers, and woods but it is a principle, and patriotism is loyalty to that principle.” I believe this quote from George William Curtis couldn’t define patriotism any better. It gives me a great sense of pride knowing I am loyal to that principal, my country. Without patriotism, America wouldn’t have achieved what it has today.
