That they put old and ugly persons in the witches like in Snow White because the queen was ugly and old turn into a bad witch. Another example is the beautiful and old person is the fairy god mother like in Cinderella and the most beautiful girl is the princess like Sleeping Beauty or the queen, the good person, the person that suffer a lot. We think that why they don't write a story were the witch is a beautiful young or old person, were the princess is very ugly.
