HSU, XIAN gathers herbs of medicinal value. He sees kids playing with a WHITE SNAKE on the road. He chases those kids away.

The White Snake has magic power and can use her magic to become human. One day, the White Snake and her servantXGREEN SNAKE-- go to tour a lake in their human shapes. By chance, when they are taking a boat, Hsu, Xian is also on that boat. The White Snake recognizes that Hsu, Xian is the person who saved her life a thousand years ago, so she tries to talk to him. Suddenly it is raining, The White Snake borrows the umbrella from Hsu, Xian and asks him to come to her home to take it back tomorrow.
