Gun control vs. Gun Rights

Are they becoming too strict and consuming the right of the citizen

Guns in the past have served to protect our country and our families since the beginning of the United States. They have helped bring meals on tables and provided men and women to challenge themselves to have to best accuracy on paper. There are people now who want to take these guns, which have been a part of history and heritage of the people of America, away because in the hand of a disturbed person they become a weapon of terror. These laws would be taking away the right listed in the constitution under the Second Amendment of the bill of Rights. These laws would be ineffective and unnecessary to provide the aftermath that the lawmakers hope to reach.

Gun control has its definite positive issues, but it has many more problems that it would cause. Gun rights, give people the right to bear and own a gun while during war or peace, there is a broad range of statements that could be made from the one line in the Constitution about what it really means under current times, but if just read the way it is; and without a lawyer or court attorney twisting and manipulating the words against the gun rights; then it is plain and clear


There are uses for firearms and guns that go way beyond people, shooting a .22 in the back yard with spinning target can be more of a game than a need for destruction. Gun control laws would completely eliminate any sports that would involve any type of firearms; the Olympic Biathlon would be included among these taken. Paintball would be a major target, because of ignorance of the sport. Ignorance is a major factor in the struggle for the fight for the right to bear a fire arm.

But like legal or illegal items of purchase there is always a network above the system. There is no way to completely outlaw an item and keep it out of the hands of the people who want them or need them. Gun control laws and the process of making the laws would be a waste of money, and would be a completely new issue for millions of Americans to have to deal with that would not be needed at all.

. The citizen of the United States of America is capable and able to own his/her own gun or firearm; this coming from the Supreme Law of the Land. Gun control or not, it doesn't change the constitution, and while the majority of the citizens in the United States of America follows the current gun laws there is no reason for change. Gun control and laws are not necessary to this country and won't be necessary as long as the current ways are tolerable, in which they are. Gun rights is all that there is needed and the protection of the gun should be looked at more and not the destruction of the gun.

Gun control and gun rights are becoming an issue in the current world. There have been incidents that have involved firearms in schools and on the streets. The Democratic Party is pressing hard to apply stricter laws to firearms that would make it hard to have a gun in your home and harder to purchase one. The
