Relationships in Time of Crisis
How their husband or wife helps the main characters when things are going wrong for them. In The outsider by Albert Camus and Death and the maiden by Ariel Dorfman, the mind and souls of the main characters are struggling, one for freedom and the other for peace. We will see in this essay, how both individuals are getting help from their closely related friend and husband, how do they manage to support them in some terrible ordeals. The problems associated with them are often inside them so that only their partners can feel and see through their heart. In the first part of the essay we will discuss the case of Meursault.
