He proceeded to talk about how he was a child care worker, and at the time he was working in a residential treatment center in Quebec, and had just come from teaching child care and family work. The residential facility is not home. Their home is at home, if you make the facility a home thom has found that you have stolen the children from their parents . Families are not enemy. They used to blame the parents for the children's behavior. As a result you were always in a constant battle against the family, instead of working with them.
