A detailed Summary of Leadership Vision


1. Self-Image is an important aspect in any individual's life. A good, healthy self-image is a key trait in the characteristic of a strong leader. In an ideal environment where I could mold myself into exactly what I aspire to become, my desired qualities are listed below:

Whether classified as wants or needs, tangibles are the driving force that gets us out of bed in the morning to face another grueling day at the office. 5. Work is something that consumes much of our time, thought, and energy. This being said why not base your career on something you love to do? It is more important to work for something you believe in and enjoy than to spend your life obsessing over how much money you make or aspire to make. My ideal professional situation would involve a high-speed environment. Every second of the day is constant motion, moving around with a hands free phone that never stops ringing. Every decision is important with drastic implications. The ideal environment would include a strictly professional demeanor entailing appearance, communication and relationships.
