In 1996, the Taliban took the control of 90% of the country, and under their regime it was worst then with mujahedeen. Pazira continue to receive letters from her friend, until the last one, in April 1998. After that, she decided to go in Pakistan to learn more about her country and to help her friend. She discovered that Afghanistan had many economic, cultural and politic problems. She also discovered how women were treated. She met Mohsen Makhmalbaf who made a film about Afghanistan, Kandahar. After that, Pazira realized that their were many other girls who needed help like her friend did. Pazira learned that Deyana was still alive and that she had move from Kabul, she kept hope that she would talk to her some day. In 1992, it was the end
