The Cured Crypt
A detailed Summary of The Cured Crypt
A stench of death and evil made my insides twist as I walked up the rugged dirt path to the catacombs. I entered the dark, damp cave and to my surprise I found a small room with a spiral staircase in one of the corners. Besides the odd rat screeching I could only hear the wind whistling as I walked to the stairwell. I silently stepped down the stairs into the swampy part of the crypt. The dungeon floor was submerged beneath two feet of muck and blood. Skulls, bones and rusted weapons scattered the edges of the water and every few steps I took I felt bones crunch under my feet. A strong wind blew threw through the tunnel and it sent shivers up my spine. Screams erupted down the long curved tunnel; I put my hand on my rapier and quickly pulled it out. By the time I had it out and ready I realized the screams were coming from a human. I began to walk and it turned into a sprint, I ran down the long tunnel and I almost reached the end when BANG... I heard a loud crashing noise. I stopped and listened, no more noises, my heart was beating loudly. I realized this was more than just a little quest, and the town was right.
In Thralls Tavern the people of the village were gathering to hear the news of their

Lythyrial spoke "That was easy, I want a challenge"
"Don't worry, wait until Baal." I replied.
"Shall we go on together on more adventures" I asked.
Lythyrial Shot three skeletons and I sliced the other two. Dodging the fire being shot at us we charged towards the large dragon looking monster. He swung his immense mace, I dove to dodge it, while my sister shot arrow after arrow into Baal. The effect of the arrows wasn't much but we knew it was weakening him. His next swing came an inch from my head but it gave me a chance to strike. I drop my rapier and I put both hands on my broad sword. I lunged at him and sent my sword as far as I could into him, he gave a large roar and fell to the grounded on his back, his body started to shake as he screamed. Souls started shooting out from him, as they were being freed. After the last soul disappeared so did he. I looked at my sister and said "Thanks, I couldn't have done it without you" and gave her a hug.
"You still haven't changed brother, still as loud as old times." She whispered as she reached to hug me. "I came to help, I think a lil brother's nothing without his big sister." She laughed. Then we both set off.
