Is violence in schools really necessary? Violence in schools involving kids happen all the time. Some causes could be things such as gangs, racism, and peer pressure. Violence in schools is getting carried away. If something isn't done soon there is going to be another Columbine incident. (Thesis Statement)

The first problem that has to do with violence in schools is parenting. Bad parenting can consist of many things such as being irresponsible, setting bad examples and not showing enough attention. An extremely big problem is that irresponsible parents leave guns laying around everywhere! (Naughton and Thomas, 2000.) As a result, a six year old boy took a gu
