25th ammendment
The twenty-fifth amendment, which states that the Vice President replaces the President in case of death and replacements in case of future deaths or disabling illnesses progresses onward in rank, seems like common sense to most people. This amendment is obviously necessary to protect us from confusion and chaos if a tragedy occurs.
