Communism is supposed to be a perfect society. It is a society without money, without a state, without property and without social classes. People work together to carry out a task or to respond to some need of the human community but without the possibility of their work taking the form of a business that involves making money or the exchange of its products. The circulation of goods is not accomplished by means of exchange. Quite the contrary, the by-word for this society is "from each according to their abilities, to each according to their needs".1

Unfortunately, the difference between businessmen and farmhands is destined to appear. The management of agriculture and industry by the same people rather than by two different classes of people is just not going to work. The dispersal of the agricultural population on the land, alongside the crowding of the industrial population into the all the cities, is one of the conditions that lead to a undeveloped state of both agriculture and industry, which lead to the downfall of communism in Russia.4
