Designing an Interior Space

People often think interior design is a fun job and not a real one. Picking colors, decorating, choosing sofa, curtains, and "fu-fu-pillows" make interior design seems more like play than work. Because interior designers have to work with contractors, we have to interpret design ideas to technical terms for contractors too to understand. This is another reason why communicating skill is very important. For equipments, appliances, materials, partitions, wall-coverings, and window treatments to be installed correctly to its rightful location, instructions are needed for the contractors. More detailed instructions are needed especially when custom-made appliances, furniture, or window treatments are implicated. The contractors are the ones most likely to do the installments.
