When something that is cold becomes hot, one would not ordinarily say that it has been moved. This argument of motion leads towards other ways of understanding that God exists. Similarly, to the previous paragraph an event occurs from something else, which is better understood as causes must precede their effects. The natural world includes events that occur; no event causes itself. Therefore, there is an entity outside of nature (a supernatural being), which causes the first event that occurs in the natural world. So in all actuality there has to be a beginning to all occurrences because in order for one thing to occur it would have to be caused by a previous cause. As mentioned before it is understood that God is the initator of the cause just like the situation with the first mover.

Newton's laws do not exclude the possibility that the universe contains exactly one physical object, which always moves in uniform motion without any force ever acting on it (Sober, 1995). Newton's laws do not say that the universe we live in is like this. Our world, obviously, contains more than one material object. Newton was trying to prove that there is no one force that controls all occurrences. It is important to see that there is an entity outside of nature that causes the first moving object in nature to move, or that causes the first event in nature to occur. That statement; however, does not guarantee the existence of God. It is understood that this means that there is a possibility of a regular person portraying the traits of omnipotence, omniscience, and omni benevolent.

The best way to describe and understand the existence of God is to use Aquinas's first argument decline with motion. Aquinas points out that objects present in the world involve motion. I believe that whatever moves, God created; therefore, God exists. The argument of motion states that there are objects that are in motion. The argument also states that objects that are in motion are always sent into motion by objects other than themselves.
