My three-day diet analysis found to be very interesting. I felt that there were many positive attributes to it and definitely some negative ones. Over the course of the three days I used a Thursday, Friday, and a Saturday. I figured this would give a good depiction of what I was consuming on a regular basis. In some places I was consuming more than I should be and in some I was consuming less than I should be. But, there were also those places were I was getting just the right amount. It is so interesting to me to be able to find out what I am consuming and how I am consuming it. There were three basic areas that interested me the most, first there was what I ate, second was my average of the three days, and third was my plan on how I would like to correct the way I eat to make it a little more healthier.
My food list had a large range of different types of foods. The most abundant seemed to be more fatty foods. I try to stay away from carbohydrates, and believe me I know it is bad, and eat more high protein foods for my muscle
As you can tell, I felt that this diet analysis opened my eyes and made me realize that I do not know what I am really doing to my body. Things are so much different after you find out the true facts. I never knew I was consuming that much cholesterol, and I have been eating like this for most of my life. So, I am now realizing that knowledge will be the key to a healthier lifestyle. I am so glad that I got to use this diet analysis program and I will definitely continue to use it in the future.
I think I am going to start balancing out what I am eating. I liked the food period that came up on the program and I think I want to start following it. I have always tried to eat high in protein, but I guess if I balance that with other things that I need, I will be a much healthier individual. My knowledge on this subject is not very strong, so I am also going to try and learn as much as I can on the subject so I am aware of the types of things I am putting into my body. This is a problem that I definitely want to get corrected.
