Healthy Diet
My three-day diet analysis found to be very interesting. I felt that there were many positive attributes to it and definitely some negative ones. Over the course of the three days I used a Thursday, Friday, and a Saturday. I figured this would give a good depiction of what I was consuming on a regular basis. In some places I was consuming more than I should be and in some I was consuming less than I should be. But, there were also those places were I was getting just the right amount. It is so interesting to me to be able to find out what I am consuming and how I am consuming it. There were three basic areas that interested me the most, first there was what I ate, second was my average of the three days, and third was my plan on how I would like to correct the way I eat to make it a little more healthier. My food list had a large range of different types of foods. The most abundant seemed to be more fatty foods. I try to stay away from carbohydrates, and believe me I know it is bad, and eat more high protein foods for my muscle
