Perfection. That's something that can never be achieved fully. To say that a law is perfect is as saying that humans are flawless. We all know that humans are far from flawless. Humans had made many mistakes in it's times. Some have started as early as Adam and Eve eating the forbidden apple. Others such as the holocaust, Japanese rape camps, and the attack on the world center are only done recently. This shows how far off humans are from perfection. If humans write laws, yet they themselves aren't perfect, then therefore their laws aren't perfect either. That means that there will be many laws that are flaw full and unjust. I believe that those laws should and MUST be broken.
For every action there is a consequence that follows after. If ther
e's no consequence then that action will continue as if there were no problems with it. The same theory applies to laws as well. If an unjust law is made, then some one had made a mistake. First of all we should never follow through on a mistake and keep repeating it. But more importantly, if that issue isn't raised and demanded for change, then the law will continue and many like it will follow. We must take care of unjust laws as they come up to prevent more of being made. Laws that are just protect us and set order in our society. We need such just laws and must always follow. Yet, laws that are unjust has to be dealt with immediately to prevent more of the same kind.
To clarify my point, if a law comes out that says that citizens can't wear a white T-shirt on Monday morning from 3-3:30AM. Many will think that
