Dreamgirl89 on iVillage (an internet site for women) says that she worked at a Subway restaurant and there are some things that people don't realize when going to Subway to eat healthy. -"if you are worried about fat content you must have one of the seven subs under 6g of fat or less. That means either; Turkey, Ham, Turkey & Ham, Roast Beef, Veggie, Club or Roasted Chicken. Having a Seafood or Meatball sub does not count, they have over 20g of fat/ 6" sub. - The 7 under 6 applies to 6 inch subs only, not footlongs. It ony includes the meat, veggies and bread, not cheese and condiments. - If you want low fat condiments you're best bet is to go with italian dressing, mustard, vinegar, honey mustard sauce or red wine vinegrette."
