Specific Purpose: To persuade my audience the risk of having high blood cholesterol.

Central Idea: Any can have HBP and not know so they should go to their doctors on a regular and get themselves check out.

I. There are two types of Blood Pressure.

1. Your heart works harder to maintain adequate blood flow to your body.

2. A narrowing of the arteries; more blood than normal.

3. The heart beating more forcefully/ faster than it usually should.

B. Low Blood Pressure (LBP)

1. People feel dizzy or light headed every time they stand up.
