in the society of the human race today is neither terrorism nor pollution but the great social inequality between the “developed world” and the “developing world”. The people of the “developed world” enjoy a very relaxed lifestyle, sitting on their comfortable couch, masticating their perfectly seasoned meal while watching images of the “developing world” flicker on the television screen in front of them. They watch the “poor” side of the world die from many things such as disease and hunger that may be easily preventable in the “developed world”. Many people living in North America and western Europe may say that their simply is not enough food to feed everyone on the planet, however they are wrong. A statement that may be more correct is that their simply is not enough money in the developing world to produce and acquire the proper nutrition.
